New to the reformer? Come through, we’ve got you. This class is all about getting comfortable, learning the basics and building confidence at your own pace. Expect clear guidance, gentle encouragement and zero pressure to know what you’re doing on day one.

Mixed-ability

Meet Me at the Reformer

A full-body KEINA flow for whatever mood, level or energy you’re bringing that day. Expect core, glutes, arms and a little shake for good measure. Your instructor will offer options throughout, so you can keep it cute, turn it up, or meet yourself somewhere in the middle.

This One's Spicy

For when you know the basics and you’re ready for a little more heat. Expect stronger sequences, smoother transitions, longer holds and that signature “okay, I’m feeling this now” Pilates burn. Spicy, but still supportive.

What, Like It's HARD?

This one is not the soft launch. Designed for confident reformer clients who are ready to work, sweat and shake a little. Expect power, pace, balance, strong resistance and a full-body burn that comes with receipts.

Her Hour

A women-only space created for comfort, confidence and community. Expect a full-body reformer class with supportive instruction, options for different levels and an atmosphere that feels relaxed, uplifting and for the girlies.

Gentle

Grove Reset

Your body said soft life, so we listened. A slower, softer KEINA class focused on mobility, stretching, breath and gentle strength. Perfect for the days your body wants to move, but your nervous system has politely declined anything spicy.

Lower body

Peach Please

50 MIN

Big peach energy. A lower-body focused class targeting glutes, legs, hips and core through controlled resistance, pulses and holds. Low impact, high burn, with plenty of work where you’ll feel it most.

Upper body

Upper Body-ody

Your arms, shoulders, back and posture are getting their main character moment. Expect controlled upper-body work, deep core connection and that slow Pilates burn that makes holding your phone feel personal after class.

What Waist?

Tiny movements, even tinier waist. This core-focused class works your abs, waistline, obliques and deep stabilising muscles through slow burns, strong holds and controlled movement.

Welcome to the class where life experience is the membership requirement. A class without keeping up with people who think back pain is a personality trait at 24.

We figured if you're going to spend an hour with us at 7am on a Wednesday, you might as well laugh at the booking confirmation. The cheek is on the door - the instruction inside is properly serious. You're in good hands.
