The studio is on the fourth floor with step-free access. Please email us if you have specific accessibility needs ahead of your first visit and we'll make sure you're properly looked after.

There's pay-and-display parking on Barlby Road and the surrounding streets. We recommend cycling, walking, or taking public transport.

There are shower facilities within the building itself, not within KEINA Studios.

For your first class, 15 minutes early. After that, 5 to 10 minutes is plenty. Late arrivals can't enter once class has started - it's disruptive for the rest of the room.

Yes. You can cancel a class at least 12 hours before the start time with no charge, and your credit will return to your account. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class, and no-shows, will be charged at the full class rate or deducted from your class pack or membership credits.

You can buy a gift card or a private session for someone else, but each individual class booking needs to be made under that person's own account.

Please try to arrive before class begins so you have time to settle in. Once the session has started, we may not be able to let you in, as the beginning of class includes important setup and safety guidance. If you’re running close, message us and we’ll do our best to help.

Yes. KEINA memberships are monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel in line with the cancellation terms shown at checkout and in your account. Once cancelled, your membership will not renew for the next billing period.

You can request to freeze your membership up to twice a year, for up to 30 days each time. Please request this in advance, as freezes cannot usually be backdated.

Yes. The Starter Pack is valid for 1 month, the 6-class pack is valid for 8 weeks, the 10-class pack is valid for 12 weeks, and the 20-class pack is valid for 5 months.

Completely. The Soft Launch is made for first-timers, with a slower pace, clear guidance and time to get familiar with the reformer. You don’t need to know what you’re doing before you arrive.

Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in. Leggings, shorts, T-shirts, vests and layers are all welcome, as long as you can move safely. Grip socks are required for reformer classes, and you can purchase a pair at the studio if you need them.

Grip socks, a water bottle and anything you personally need to feel comfortable. We provide towels, and there is a filtered water tap available in the building kitchen if you need to refill.

It’s completely up to you. Some people prefer a light snack before class, others prefer to move without eating first. We’d just avoid a heavy meal right before your session.

Please email us before booking so we can help you choose the most suitable option. Depending on your circumstances and the instructor teaching, some classes may be more appropriate than others. If you are unsure whether reformer Pilates is suitable for you, please check with a qualified healthcare professional before taking part.

Yes - private hire starts from £240 for 90 minutes (including the 50 minute session), up to 8 people. Brand activations, content days, hen parties, team awaydays - all welcome. Enquire through the private hire page.
