THE STUDIO

Eight reformers.
One considered space.

Designed slowly, intentionally, with the kind of care that's normally reserved for somewhere twice the price.

Hero photo — studio interior

Wide shot of the studio interior — all eight reformers visible, golden hour natural light from the side windows, period building character (exposed brick or original detail) showing in frame. Composition wide and editorial — think Cereal Magazine, The Gentlewoman, Soho House interior photography. Cream tones and deep green accents in frame ideal. Min 2400px wide, 16:9.

The philosophy

A studio that thinks the way you do.

We designed KEINA around the studio we wanted to walk into ourselves. Calm. Spacious. Not trying to perform luxury - just quietly being it.

Eight reformers means small classes by design - we'll never pack you in. You get room to breathe, your instructor sees you properly, and the room never feels like a queue.

We think carefully about the lighting, music, pace and feel of the room, not because we’re trying to impress you, but because we genuinely believe how a space feels matters.

Inside the studio
Equipment detail

Close-up of a single reformer bed, soft shadow play, focus on craftsmanship. Detail shot — leather, springs, wood frame. Editorial product photography style.

Arrival

The entrance / reception area, warm lighting, a glimpse of the studio through a doorway. Anticipation shot — what arriving here feels like.

CHANGING AREA

A detail of the changing room or amenities — folded towels, a candle, a sage soap dispenser. The quiet luxury moment.

What's inside

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

The reformers

Eight premium Hampton Reformer beds. Small class numbers. Real attention. Enough space to move, breathe and not feel boxed in.

THE ROOM

Warm, considered and calm without feeling clinical. A space designed to feel premium, but still comfortable enough to come as you are.

CHANGING AREA

A small in-studio changing area for a quick outfit change before or after class. Simple, calm and there when you need it.

WATER REFILL

Bring your bottle. A filtered water tap is available in the building kitchen if you need to refill before or after class.

The sound

A curated playlist for every class type. Good speakers, good energy and music that supports the room without taking it over.

The lighting

Soft, dimmable and never clinical. The room changes mood with the class, because the vibe matters too.

First time?

Come 10 minutes early. We'll do the rest.

On your first visit, give yourself a little extra time. We’ll welcome you in, help you get settled and walk you through the reformer before class begins. Come in whatever you feel comfortable moving in. Leggings, shorts, T-shirts, vests and oversized layers are all welcome, as long as you feel good and can move safely. Grip socks are required for all reformer classes and can be purchased at the studio if needed. Bring a water bottle. A filtered water tap is available in the building kitchen if you need to refill before or after class.  That’s it.

This is where you'll find your strongest hour of the week.
